About the Role
Jain Amar Clothing Pvt. Ltd. (MADAME) is looking for an experienced Head – Warehouse & Logistics to lead end-to-end warehouse, logistics, transportation, distribution, and EXIM operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, timely movement of goods, cost optimization, inventory coordination, and solid service levels across the business. The ideal candidate should have strong shipper-side experience, hands-on exposure to EXIM operations and FCL imports, and proven experience managing 3PL partners, transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities – Warehouse & Distribution Management
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Drive warehouse productivity, manpower utilization, space optimization, and process improvements.
• Ensure timely movement and distribution of merchandise across EBOs, distributors, e-commerce, and other business channels.
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate closely with warehouse and planning teams.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs,



operational standards, and service levels.
Logistics & Transportation
• Manage primary and secondary transportation operations across the network.
• Manage and evaluate 3PL partners, transporters, and logistics service providers.
• Monitor SLAs, TAT, delivery timelines, fill rates, and other logistics KPIs.
• Drive freight cost optimization through effective negotiations, route optimization, consolidation, and vendor management.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across locations.
EXIM Operations
• Manage end-to-end EXIM operations, with strong focus on FCL imports.
• Coordinate import shipments from key sourcing markets, particularly China and Bangladesh.
• Manage freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs documentation, and clearance processes.
• Ensure timely shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery to warehouse.
