Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, focused on driving growth for BrightCHAMPS in target markets. This position involves prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting BrightCHAMPS’ offerings to prospective partners, schools, and other stakeholders. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, negotiating terms, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships to encourage renewals and referrals. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align outreach efforts with business priorities and gather feedback from clients to refine offerings. Regular reporting on performance metrics, market trends, and competitive insights is also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
