As a Propel Academic Coach, you will train teachers, implement Propel curriculum, and work closely with schools to ensure success. nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Train and Orient: Conduct teacher training sessions and lead parent orientations to build awareness and engagement with the Propel system.n
- Drive Propel Implementation: Collaborate with schools to ensure seamless implementation of Propel curriculum in classroomsn
- Drive Compliance: Ensure timely collections and compliance with school agreements.n

nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

- n
- Background: Academic Coordinators, Teacher Trainers, Senior Teachers, TFI Fellows,



or Gandhi Fellows. Applicants should have at least 5 years of academic experience.n
- Training Expertise: Proven experience in training teachers or driving teacher outcomes. Willingness ton
- Travel: Open to traveling to schools within a ~150 km radius.n

nPreference will be for those local to the geography of hiring.
