Role Description The IT Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The IT Executive will oversee day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring system performance, managing hardware and software assets, and ensuring data security across the factories and offices. Responsibilities include providing technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, and maintaining reliable network connectivity. The role also involves coordinating with external vendors, implementing upgrades or patches,



and documenting IT procedures to support smooth manufacturing and office operations. The IT Executive will collaborate with management to align technology initiatives with business needs and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve user and system issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess network administration and information technology skills to manage LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and core IT infrastructure.
Candidates should possess IT operations skills to oversee system maintenance, backups, user access management, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage.
