As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. You will work closely with architects, fabricators, developers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and contribute to the success of our brand in the region.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new project opportunities while supporting fabricators in securing projects featuring Technal systems.

Provide commercial and technical support to clients, including quotation preparation and order finalization.

Collaborate with the training department to organize and facilitate product, manufacturing, and installation training sessions.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies.

Maintain accurate records of customer documentation, price lists, and technical manuals.

Ensure smooth order processing and material supply logistics within the designated territory.





Address customer inquiries efficiently through coordination with sales administration.

Work closely with technical and product managers for training and support initiatives.

Maintain accurate customer records and track project inquiries.

Participate in training programs, exhibitions, and management-directed seminars.

Monitor and report on project pipeline and sales funnel activities.

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (required).

~ MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).

~6-8 years of experience in architectural/construction sales, with proven success in developing networks with architects and developers.

~ Experience in facade or building envelope systems (preferred).

~ Solid understanding of construction industry processes and the technical/commercial aspects of large-scale projects.

~ Knowledge of structural considerations in building envelope systems.
