Run Bengaluru hub operations: office build-out, vendors, budgets, facilities, and compliance operations

Build the operations team and scale the platform as the portfolio grows from a handful of ventures to dozens





Partner with finance and legal on entity setup, compliance calendars, and internal controls

8–12 years leading business operations, shared services, or platform operations in a startup, venture studio, GCC, or multi-entity group

~ Built an operations function or shared-services platform from scratch — not just inherited one

~ Implemented core systems (ERP, HRIS, procurement, workflow tools) and the processes around them

~ GCC setup experience; venture studio or incubator operations; process excellence training (Lean / Six Sigma).
