Inside Sales Manager | US Market

We're partnering with a rapid growing, venture backed technology company that's transforming the global specialty materials and chemicals industry. By combining technology with deep industry expertise, the business helps global manufacturers improve supply chain transparency, protect intellectual property, and accelerate product innovation.

As the company continues to scale internationally, they're looking to hire an Inside Sales Manager to lead outbound sales efforts and help build a high performing sales function focused on the US market .

Working Hours: US Business Hours

You'll be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting while coaching and mentoring a growing inside sales team. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in refining sales processes, improving messaging and driving revenue growth.

Outbound Sales & Pipeline Generation





Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, email and LinkedIn.

Generate and qualify high quality sales opportunities.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Coach, mentor and manage Inside Sales Representatives / SDRs.

Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback.

Help build a high performing outbound sales culture.

Sales Operations

Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene.

Track key sales metrics and performance.

Work closely with leadership to improve sales messaging, processes and outbound strategy.

Required Experience

~3 to 6 years of B2B Inside Sales, SDR or Business Development experience.

~ Previous experience managing or mentoring an inside sales team.

~ Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

~ Comfortable working US business hours.
