The role involves translating complex business and technical requirements from large-scale, project-based Advisory engagements into engaging, scalable, and deployable learning solutions. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with hands-on experience in eLearning development tools, LMS and LXP platforms, and modern learning technologie s.

AnalysisPartner with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and capability gaps across project-based engagements.

Support learning needs analysis and define measurable, business-aligned learning outcomes.

Design

Design blended learning programs and digital learning experiences aligned to Major Projects Advisory business goals.

Create storyboards, learning journeys, assessments, facilitator guides, and other learner assets.

Apply instructional design principles including ADDIE, SAM, adult learning principles, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
