IntelliDB Enterprise is an AI-powered PostgreSQL database platform built for organisations requiring secure, high-performance, and reliable data infrastructure. It combines enterprise-grade PostgreSQL with AI-driven database monitoring, log analysis, performance optimisation, and parameter tuning, along with high availability, enterprise security, Oracle compatibility, and flexible cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment options. The Regional Sales Director – Delhi NCR will lead government for IntelliDB Enterprise across Northern India , with a primary focus on Central Government ministries and departments, Defence, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), government agencies, and other strategic government organisations .

The role will be responsible for developing strategic government accounts, identifying opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers, driving participation in government tenders and procurement processes, and managing the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong government-sector relationships,



an understanding of government procurement, and proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions.

Own the regional sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue targets for Government and Defence accounts across Northern India.

Develop and manage relationships with Central Government ministries/departments, Defence organisations, PSUs, government agencies, and other strategic public-sector accounts .

Identify upcoming technology requirements, projects, tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities and convert them into business.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospect identification, qualification, solution positioning, tender/RFP participation, proposals, negotiations, and closure.

Develop relationships with system integrators, technology partners, consultants, and channel partners supporting government and Defence projects.
