We are looking for an experienced Senior Rebar Detailer / Team Lead to lead the rebar detailing team within our steel/rebar fabrication facility. The role will be responsible for preparing and checking accurate rebar shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), coordinating with production teams, and ensuring drawings are prepared in line with project requirements and fabrication capabilities.

Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production,



and Project teams to resolve technical issues.

Ensure all detailing work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards.

Plan and monitor team workload, drawing submissions, and project deadlines.

Review drawing revisions and maintain proper document control.

Conduct quality checks before final submission.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

~8+ years of experience in rebar detailing, preferably within construction, rebar fabrication, or steel manufacturing.

~ Proven experience as a Senior Rebar Detailer, Rebar Checker, or Team Lead.

~ Proficiency in AutoCAD and rebar detailing software such as Tekla Structures.

~ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

~ Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE and work in a multicultural, rapid-paced environment.
