This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of DMO initiatives that align with global corporate strategies. The position drives innovation in DMO practices, identifies and shares best practices across regions, and provides strong analytical and operational support to regional teams through detailed reports, insights, and performance analysis.

Business Growth & Strategy

Support regional teams in understanding market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to expand business.

Work with key leaders and management to create and execute an integrated strategy that supports Distributor business needs.

Analyze Distributor organizations to identify avenues for growth, improvement, and performance enhancement.

Identify weak links in DS performance and conduct deep-dives to address issues and strengthen capabilities.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with Distributor leadership to align on corporate initiatives and support business growth needs.





Recommend Distributor promotions that align with global strategy and drive excitement and momentum.

Establish and oversee implementation of clear communication plans for Distributors and customers.

Support cross-pollination of successful DMOs by identifying best practices, analyzing performance, and communicating learnings to relevant teams.

Conduct regional Nutrition Club training sessions, including developing training content and topics.

Support national initiatives related to DS Difference, business growth, new initiatives, and sales tools.

Plan and implement corporate sales events, promotions, and distributor qualifications in line with global corporate strategies.

Promote national events and promotions at the regional level.

Manage event and promotion budgets effectively.

Generate periodic sales data, insights, and reports for review.

Ensure ethical business practices within the team and in interactions with the distributor community.
