About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive the Prime Home Loan business across assigned zones in Bengaluru. The role focuses on business delivery, channel development, and team management at a cluster level.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and deliver ₹80–120 Cr annual disbursement targets

Maintain a consistent monthly run rate of ₹8–12 Cr

Lead and manage a field sales team (8–15 members)

Develop and expand sourcing channels including:

Builder network

DSAs / connectors

Direct sourcing

Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and key channel partners

Monitor pipeline health, login-to-disbursement conversion, and productivity

Identify and penetrate high-potential micro-markets in Bengaluru

Ensure adherence to compliance, credit norms, and internal policies

Eligibility Criteria

~4–7 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales





~ Mandatory exposure to Prime segment (₹60L+ ticket size)

~ Proven track record of handling ₹80–120 Cr annual disbursement

~ Experience in delivering ₹8–12 Cr monthly business volumes

~ Demonstrated ability to manage field sales teams (8–15 members)

~ Strong existing network of:

~10–20 active builders

~50–100 active DSAs / connectors

~ Prior experience with Banks / NBFCs preferred
