We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales processes,



excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Generate revenue by identifying and converting high-potential HNI and B2B prospects.

• Drive the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance in all client interactions and documentation.

3–6 years of experience in business development and B2B sales.

~ Proven track record in business development and sales.

~ Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.

~ Proficiency in Hindi, English & Telugu.
