Experience: 5–7 Years in Education Sales, Admissions, Academic Counselling, EdTech, or related fields

Kingston Educational Institute (KEI) operates across a 28-acre integrated campus in Barasat, Kolkata, encompassing Engineering, Management, Science, B.Ed, Polytechnic, and School Education , alongside Kingston Law College and a 110-bed multispecialty hospital .

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for student counselling, lead conversion, admission follow-ups, course guidance,



and achievement of enrolment targets across KEI's diverse academic programmes.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with students and parents, capable of understanding student aspirations, and comfortable working in a target-driven admissions environment.

Student Counselling & Course Guidance

* Provide one-to-one counselling through telephone, WhatsApp, email, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.

* Understand students' academic background, interests, career aspirations, and financial considerations.

* Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, internships, placements, and admission procedures clearly.

* Maintain accurate lead and admission information in the designated CRM/ERP system.
