We are looking for an energetic Sales Officer to drive business growth through customer acquisition, lead conversion, relationship management, and field sales activities. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable insurance solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Explain suitable insurance products and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
1–4 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Banking, or Insurance .
~ Graduation is mandatory.
~ Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
~ Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
~ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
