Develop and maintain detailed project plans , timelines, and resource allocations using tools like MS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis, or Jira .

Lead and manage cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to launch.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Monitor project progress, identify risks,



and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate regular project reviews and stakeholder communication.

Support implementation and compliance with ISO IMS standards.

Collaborate with product management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure project success.

Utilize PLM systems (Windchill / Teamcenter / Dassault) for product lifecycle tracking and documentation.

BE / Diploma - Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics with 5-12 years experience

Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodologies .

PMP or CAPM certification is mandatory .

Proficiency in project management tools : MS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis, Jira.

Experience with PLM systems : Familiarity with ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) - ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
