The company partners with leading global and Indian OEMs to provide efficient, reliable, and sustainable solutions for mining, aggregates, infrastructure, construction, and recycling applications.

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Sales Engineer to develop and manage customer relationships across the mining, quarry, infrastructure and construction sectors. The role involves identifying customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and supporting the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and after-sales coordination.

Generate new business opportunities in mining, quarrying, construction, infrastructure, C&D; waste sectors.

Promote partner brands to target customers.





Coordinate with OEM principals and internal teams for application engineering, quotations, and technical clarifications.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, plant owners, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Track sales pipeline, customer interactions, and project status through CRM tools.

Support negotiations, commercial discussions, and order finalization.

Coordinate installation, commissioning, and after-sales support activities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects in assigned territories.

Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

Strong field sales orientation and relationship management capability.

Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territory.

Valuable techno-commercial negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
