The Head Chef is a senior multi-store leader responsible for overseeing and elevating Kitchen/ Food Operations across all assigned outlets. As the direct developer of Assistant Managers, the Head Chef is accountable for multi-store optimization of people, systems, financial performance, and culture — creating an environment where every store operates at a consistently high level of quality and stability.

Multi-Store Operations Management

Ensure consistent quality, speed, and hygiene across Pizza / Kitchen / Dessert sections in all assigned stores.

Monitor QC, Speed, COGS, and Hygiene data for each store and lead improvement initiatives.

Lead Food Operations setup for new store openings including SOP development, training, and QC systems.





Own end-to-end store audit programs across all locations (food / service / cleanliness / safety).

Maintain the ability to step into floor, kitchen, or pizza operations hands-on when needed — diagnose bottlenecks, demonstrate the 4P's standard, and coach teams to replicate it.

Develop and coach Assistant Managers to achieve full independence and operational excellence.

Conduct monthly 1-on-1s, performance evaluations, and career development conversations with AMs.

Own succession planning for Food Operations across all assigned stores.

Analyze QC, Speed, Cost, and Guest Feedback data to drive area-wide continuous improvement.

Implement and maintain standardized systems across stores — Recipe, SOP, QC frameworks, and training tools.

Lead operational design for recent menus, seasonal items, and special events.

Embed 4P's Vision, Mission, and Core Values into all teams within the area.
