Project Coordinator – In office Construction | Corporate Office Interiors Location : Experience : 6–7 Years

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture preferred; Project Management qualification/certification is an advantage

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the on-site delivery of corporate office interior projects. The ideal candidate will have an Architecture background by education along with strong experience in project coordination, PMC, project management, construction management, or site-based project delivery.

This is a hands-on coordination role requiring close collaboration with project managers, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client teams to ensure smooth execution of projects in line with design intent, quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.

Coordinate day-to-day project activities between design teams, project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Act as a key coordination point on site to ensure timely communication and resolution of project-related issues.





Monitor site progress and execution against approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and design intent.

Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, design reviews, and progress reviews.

Track RFIs, drawing submissions, approvals, material submissions, mock-ups, and other project deliverables.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution and closure of site-related issues.

Identify design deviations, quality concerns, coordination gaps, and potential project risks and escalate them appropriately.

Support the Project Manager in tracking project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with approved project requirements.

Support snagging, defect closure, testing and commissioning coordination, and final project handover.
