Position Overview Policybazaar is seeking confident, dynamic, and high-energy professionals to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for promoting financial products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

*Proficiency in Kannada Language is Mandatory*

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation : INR 3 Lakhs to 5.00 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives(Depends on the Interview)

Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduates; Field Sales Executive





Generate recent customer leads through field activities.

Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Build long-term customer relationships.

Maintain daily sales reports.

Graduate degrees are preferred.

Experience Level: 0 to 8 years of experience. Prior experience in sales advantageous but not mandatory.
