Experience : 6+ Years

Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic distribution and embedded lending partners.

Structure commercial models (revenue share, FLDG, co-lending, sourcing partnerships).

Monitor portfolio performance from partner-sourced channels.

Negotiate commercial and legal frameworks in collaboration with compliance and legal teams.

Present partnership strategy and performance insights to senior leadership.

Identify new embedded finance opportunities across high-growth sectors (SME, Consumer, Supply Chain).

Analyze partner data for optimization and credit performance improvement.

Structure performance-linked incentive models for partners.

6–10 years of experience in fintech, NBFC, digital lending, or embedded finance ecosystems.





~ Deep understanding of credit underwriting, risk frameworks, and RBI/NBFC regulatory guidelines.

~ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex, win-win partnership models (revenue share, co-lending, risk-sharing, FLDG, etc.).

~ Exposure to embedded finance/API-led integrations across digital platforms or marketplaces.

~ Robust stakeholder management skills across internal teams (Credit, Risk, Legal, Tech, Ops) and external partners.

~ Data-driven decision-making ability with comfort in analyzing portfolio performance and optimizing partner-level metrics.
