SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools is looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Franchise Development Manager to drive the expansion of our school network across India.

Strong brand recall in the education sector

We are looking for someone who can help us identify the right partners, convert serious investors, and expand our footprint across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.

The Opportunity This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to work directly on school expansion,



franchise sales, investor acquisition, and education business development .

You will be responsible for building and managing the complete franchise development funnel — from lead generation to investor meetings, presentations, negotiation, onboarding, and coordination for school setup.

This is not a passive sales role.

Key Responsibilities • Generate, manage, and convert franchise leads across India

• Identify potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners

• Conduct franchise presentations, discovery calls, and investor meetings

• Travel for site visits, market visits, and partner meetings

• Manage the end-to-end franchise onboarding process

• Execute regional expansion and sales strategies
