Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to strengthen customer loyalty, increase repeat business, and enhance the overall customer experience.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer data and segmentation, monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with sales teams. The CRM Manager will track key performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and recommend targeted campaigns and communication plans. This role also involves coordinating with marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into service improvements and long-term relationship building.
