At mCaffeine & Hyphen, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all cosmetic products are manufactured, tested, packed, and dispatched in compliance with GMP, company quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. The role involves managing in-process quality, finished product quality, documentation, investigations, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Assurance

· Ensure compliance with Cosmetic GMP (ISO 22716) and company quality systems.





· Monitor manufacturing and packing activities to ensure adherence to approved SOPs and specifications.

· Approve line clearance before manufacturing and packing operations.

· Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).

· Ensure implementation of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

In-Process Quality Control

· Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing and packaging.

· Verify process parameters such as temperature, mixing time, pH, viscosity, weight, fill volume, coding, and labeling.

· Finished Product Quality

· Review QC test reports before product release.

· Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and product defects.

· Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone Diagram.

· Track effectiveness of CAPA implementation.
