We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. You'll guide them through their decision-making journey - from understanding their career goals to recommending the right program and supporting them through enrollment.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to successful enrollment.

● Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls,



follow-ups, and consultative conversations.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.

● Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.

● Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

● Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.

● Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
