Job Purpose The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities for the recruitment consultancy.

The role involves building relationships with companies, HR departments, recruitment managers, hospitals, corporates, and other organizations requiring manpower, while ensuring achievement of business development and revenue targets.

The BDE will also work closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.

Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and develop current clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, references, and market research .

Convert leads into business opportunities and recruitment mandates.

Client Acquisition

Prepare and submit commercial proposals, service offerings, and recruitment solutions.

Negotiate commercial terms, recruitment fees,
