We partner with hotels, retail brands, corporate offices, car showrooms, cinemas, and commercial spaces to create memorable olfactory experiences that enhance brand identity and customer engagement. The Opportunity We're looking for a hunter – someone who thrives on finding new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and building a pipeline from scratch. This is primarily a lead generation role (70%) with the opportunity to grow into full-cycle sales and eventually a team lead position.

Primary Responsibilities (70%): Lead Generation & Prospecting • Hunt for new business: Identify and research potential clients across hotels, retail brands, car showrooms, cinemas, corporate offices, and commercial spaces

• Multi-channel outreach: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and leverage LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers – Facility Managers, Marketing Heads, Operations Directors, and Business Owners

• Market intelligence:



Network actively: Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations with qualified prospects

Sales & Coordination • Present Scentmatic's solutions and handle objections with confidence

• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and design customized scent solutions

• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to execute demos and installations

• Follow up persistently through the sales cycle until deal closure

• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly pipeline reports

What We're Looking ForMust Have • Proven track record in lead generation – You must demonstrate past success in cold outreach, prospecting, and building sales pipelines. 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in services, solutions, or consultative selling
