Admission Executives / Admission Officers (designation depends on years of experience)

Place of Work: University Campus, Barasat (District of West Bengal)

Salary: At par with industry standards + Incentives + Daily Allowance + Conveyance
Candidates should have substantial experience in academic or career counselling, preferably for UG/PG and diploma courses.

Experience Required: 5–10 years

Experience in handling student enquiries, admissions and parent interactions.

Ability to manage lead follow-ups, admission records and enquiry databases.

Strong understanding of student counselling and admission conversion.

Good organisational, interpersonal and team-management skills.

Experience Required: 2–3 yearsCandidates should have experience in counselling, admissions, tele-calling or a related field.

Experience in tele-calling, lead follow-ups and query coordination.

Ability to maintain admission records,



spreadsheets and CRM databases.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Admission Officers / Admission Executives

Experience Required: 2–10 yearsCandidates having experience in marketing within the education industry are preferred. Those with experience in other sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, financial services, etc.) Visit schools across districts of West Bengal to discuss career prospects with Class 11 & 12 students

Generate and follow up on leads for admissions, achieving weekly/monthly targets in a performance-driven environment

Interact with prospective students and parents to provide guidance on academic programs
