Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Support process

Graduation is mandatory

Shift: Rotational Shifts

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our International Chat Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience handling international customer interactions via chat.



The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Respond to customer queries through chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.

Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting defined service standards.

Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Support process.

Excellent written English communication skills.

Strong typing speed and attention to detail.

Customer-focused with the ability to handle multiple chats efficiently.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
