Japan With Adi (JWA) — India’s fastest-growing ecosystem for Japan-bound students, offering KIHON, its flagship Japanese language program designed to build strong language foundations for studying, working, and building a future in Japan.

This program is designed to build solid N5 + N4 level mastery, focusing on real-world conversational Japanese, fluency, and cultural understanding for students aiming to study, work, or live in Japan.

We are hiring high-energy, impactful Japanese Language Trainers who can make students fall in love with learning Japanese.

As a Japanese Language Trainer, you will:

• Conduct interactive, high-energy online classes (18–20 students per batch)

• Focus on conversational Japanese and real-life usage

• Handle multiple batches with consistency and quality ( upto 6 )

• Collaborate closely with the JWA academic team

• Represent JWA on YouTube, social media,



and national platforms

Can make students enjoy learning Japanese

• Have strong conversational fluency in Japanese

• Are fluent in English + Hindi

• Know how to use Zoom, Google Meet, and online tools

• Are open to feedback and can adapt to JWA teaching systems

2–3 years of Japanese teaching experience (online/offline)

• Must know how to operate Zoom and online platforms

• Must be dedicated during working hours (no casual leaves)
