Role Description The Interior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales of home interior design solutions and managing client relationships. This role includes meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements and budget, preparing and presenting design proposals and quotations, and guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to project sign-off. The Interior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with designers and project teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met, while tracking sales pipelines and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Daily activities involve conducting showroom or site visits,



following up on leads, negotiating contracts, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records. The role also includes gathering market feedback, contributing to sales strategies, and representing Decormart Studio in a qualified and client-centric manner.

Responsible for managing the company's lead database, ensuring that it is up to date and accurate.

Track the conversion rates of leads, analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of lead generation.

Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Ensure that the leads are properly nurtured and converted into sales & also collaborate on developing effective
