Professor – MBA (Finance) Location: Qualification: PhD or NET Cleared (Mandatory)

We are seeking a highly qualified and committed Professor for our MBA (Finance) program. The ideal candidate must hold a PhD or have cleared the NET examination and should possess solid expertise in core management subjects. This role requires excellent communication skills, subject mastery, and a passion for teaching and academic growth.

Teach and mentor MBA (Finance) students across core and elective subjects, including Finance.

Design, update, and deliver curriculum aligned with academic standards and industry requirements.

Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities.

Participate in academic planning, department meetings, and institutional initiatives.

Conduct assessments, evaluate performance, and ensure academic excellence.

Engage in research, publications, seminars, and professional development activities.

Support accreditation, documentation, and quality assurance processes

PhD in Management/related field or NET qualification (Mandatory).

Prior teaching experience in higher education preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team.
