Business Development Executive – Domestic Staffing Experience: 2–6 Years

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Development Executive with 2–6 years of experience in domestic IT staffing and recruitment business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, managing existing accounts, understanding IT hiring requirements, and achieving revenue and business development targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Indian IT staffing market , excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and business stakeholders.

Generate new business opportunities for domestic IT staffing and recruitment services.

Identify prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, references, and market research.

Develop and maintain relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement teams, and key decision-makers.





Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client acquisition and closure .

Prepare and submit company profiles, proposals, rate cards, and commercial quotations.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.

Follow up with clients regarding candidate submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.

Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and increased business.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, proposals, and closures in CRM systems.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets .

Conduct market research to identify new companies, hiring trends, and potential staffing opportunities.
