Own the sales cycle from qualified lead to close—discovery, demos, negotiation, and closure—across Zealdesk, Reconfirmation, and Managed Services.

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.

• Develop deep relationships with founders, COOs, and heads of operations at B2B travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs across domestic and international markets.

• Run consultative, solution-led sales—translating travel-operations pain into transparent ROI and business cases.

• Use AI tools to automate and accelerate the sales motion—lead research, outreach and follow-ups, proposal and email drafting, call summaries, CRM updates, and reporting.

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or travel technology.

Consistently achieved 100–120%+ of annual sales quota for at least 2–3 consecutive years.

Maintained win rates and sales-cycle efficiency above team or industry benchmarks.

Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and modern sales tooling.

Hands-on with AI tools—able to use AI to automate repetitive work and boost productivity (lead research, drafting, call summaries, CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting). Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally—this role carries meaningful travel.
