Role Overview
The Global Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations across all countries where TAC Security operates. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-country payroll, payroll compliance, vendor management, payroll systems (such as ADP), and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, and external payroll providers. Experience with global payroll platforms and automation initiatives is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Global Payroll Operations
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across all global entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, incentives, commissions, reimbursements, final settlements, and statutory deductions.
- Review payroll inputs including new hires, exits, promotions, salary revisions, perks, leave, attendance, and variable pay.
