Job Title: Senior Manager – Corporate Partnerships

Manager – Corporate Partnerships will drive institutional fundraising and external engagement by building and managing strategic relationships with corporates, CSR foundations, and institutional donors.

The role combines fundraising, business development, and partnership management, with a robust focus on pipeline creation, revenue generation, and long-term donor stewardship.

Drive CSR and partnership-led fundraising aligned with BMU priorities

• Ensure high-quality donor engagement and long-term stewardship

Identify and prioritize CSR donors, corporates, and foundations

• Secure meetings with senior corporate leaders and CSR heads

Corporate Partnerships & Revenue Generation:

• Cultivate and close CSR partnerships, sponsorships, and funding opportunities

• Align university programs with CSR priorities





• Implement donor stewardship and recognition programs

Outreach & Networking:

• Represent BMU at industry forums and CSR platforms

• Build institutional visibility and networks

Work with academic, marketing, and leadership teams

• Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain CRM records

• Report performance to leadership

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)

• 10–14 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, or partnerships

• Experience in higher education

• Familiarity with CSR landscape in India

• CRM experience

Relationship building
