Sales Executive / Sales Engineer

Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Manager / Sales Head

Experience: 2+ years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer and distributor relationships, managing receivables, generating current business opportunities, and providing technical support to customers and channel partners.

Sales & Business Development

Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets for the complete product portfolio.

Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts, contractors, distributors and dealers.

Expand and manage the distributor/dealer network within the assigned territory.

Regularly review distributor performance and implement corrective action plans.

Maintain and regularly update customer and prospect databases.

Conduct customer visits, site surveys, product demonstrations and technical presentations.





Provide technical support to customers, distributors and internal sales teams.

Ensure high service levels for key accounts and identify opportunities for year-on-year revenue growth.

Conduct customer seminars, product training and awareness programs with support from the HO/product specialists.

Tender & Project Sales

Coordinate with the sales coordinator for preparation and submission of tender documentation.

Coordinate with SBU Heads and internal teams for project-specific sales requirements.

Receivables & Commercial Management

Ensure achievement of assigned receivable/collection targets.

Monitor outstanding payments and escalate potential collection issues appropriately.

Sales Planning & Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Prepare territory travel plans and ensure effective market coverage.

Conduct joint sales calls with the Manager/SBU Head.
