As a Study Abroad Advisor, you will guide and support students through their study abroad journey. You will play a key role in helping them shortlist the right-fit courses and universities and ensuring a seamless admission and enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Student Journey : Manage a portfolio of students, including onboarding, detailed counselling, regular follow-ups, and ensuring their overall success.

Expert Guidance: Build a deep understanding of universities, programs, admissions processes, and eligibility requirements, including exams like GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL.

Single Point of Contact: Build a robust rapport with students as their dedicated advisor for all admission-related guidance.

Application Tracking: Support students with their university applications,



regularly tracking their progress and resolving queries.

Enrollment Support: Facilitate smooth enrollment in the chosen course, assisting with deposits and visa applications within deadlines.

Sales Execution: Achieve targets for applications, admissions and acceptances in line with company targets.

Qualifications:

~1-3 years of experience in overseas education consulting.

~ Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a student-centric mindset.

~ Strong knowledge of destination countries, education systems, application processes and university requirements.

~ Completed Bachelor's degree in business, management, psychology or related field.

~ Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

~ Strong multitasking and capability of working under tight deadlines.

~ Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
