We are growing our remote team and looking for a detail oriented bookkeeper to support our U.S. client accounts.
Position Overview We are seeking a Remote Bookkeeper who can manage day to day bookkeeping, process payroll, handle multi state sales tax filings, and work confidently inside QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. S. accounting practices and terminology is key.
Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate books for multiple client accounts using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
• Process biweekly and monthly payroll runs for client businesses
• Prepare and file state sales tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Reconcile
