At upGrad , we’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can craft compelling stories, drive performance, and shape our brand voice across platforms. Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, performance ads, influencer content & offline marketing

• Translate brand strategy and audience insights into high-impact storytelling

• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and business teams

• Lead ideation and contribute to creative concepts & campaign planning

• Manage multiple projects end-to-end while meeting quality and timelines

• Optimize copy using feedback, data, and performance insights

• Mentor junior writers and uphold content quality benchmarks





Exceptional command over English language, grammar & nuance

• Strong conceptual thinking with a performance-driven mindset

• Solid understanding of social media marketing & performance copywriting

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications , or related field

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content, or brand marketing
