The organization focuses on reaching powerless and resource-limited communities that face barriers related to distance, poverty, or conflict. Using mobile healthcare infrastructure and technology, Health Within Reach Foundation delivers care directly to individuals' doorsteps in rural, remote, and underserved urban areas. Role Description The Community Outreach Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives that connect underserved communities with the foundation's mobile healthcare services. Day-to-day tasks include organizing community events, coordinating with local leaders and partner organizations, managing volunteer activities, and conducting field visits to identify healthcare needs. The coordinator will develop and distribute informational materials,



maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, and gather feedback from community members to improve program delivery. This role also involves collaborating closely with healthcare teams and administrative staff to ensure that outreach activities align with the foundation's mission and operational goals.

Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Cooperation abilities to build trust and effective working relationships with diverse community members and partners.
