We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will work across different stages of the sales cycle, supporting the team from lead generation and prospect engagement through sales coordination and customer onboarding. The role is ideal for professionals who enjoy a combination of customer interaction, sales coordination, research, and process management. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, initiating outreach, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales follow-ups and ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Operations and other internal teams during the onboarding process.



This is an excellent opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to B2B fintech sales without being limited to a traditional core sales or closing role.

Identify and qualify potential business customers through research, outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other lead-generation channels.

• Initiate conversations with prospects, understand their requirements and identify relevant opportunities for the Sales team.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales trackers and MIS, including lead status, opportunities, follow-ups and next steps.

• Support the Sales team in managing the pipeline, tracking pending actions and ensuring smooth movement of leads through the sales funnel.

• Conduct market and competitor research, capture customer insights and identify opportunities to improve prospecting and sales outreach.
