The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with strong technical depth, stakeholder management experience, and a track record of delivering in high-growth environments.

Identify and proactively manage program risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; Influence strategic planning and roadmapping with a program-centric execution lens

6–8 years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or engineering leadership

~ Deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and agile methodologies

~ Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools

~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, Protected) a plus
