Salary: ₹35,000/Month + Attractive Performance Incentives

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent / Cold Calling Specialist with a proven track record of converting cold leads into qualified prospects and, ultimately, sales.

We are looking for someone who understands sales psychology, can build trust within minutes, handle objections confidently and knows how to move a cold prospect towards a buying decision.

Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Healthcare, Wellness, Cosmetology, Premium Services or other high-ticket sales will be strongly preferred.

Make high-volume outbound calls to cold and semi-qualified leads.

Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales/operations team for successful conversions.

Continuously improve calling scripts, pitches and conversion techniques based on performance.

Proven experience in cold calling and sales conversion.





Demonstrated ability to convert cold leads into appointments and/or sales.

Super fluent in English and Hindi.
