We are looking for a Head – North Region who can take complete ownership of the North India business and drive regional growth, P&L;, enterprise sales, implementation, and customer success.

This is a builder-operator leadership role for someone who has experience selling and delivering Enterprise SaaS / HCM / HR Tech solutions and is equally comfortable driving recent business, managing regional operations, and owning the customer journey post-sale.

Drive new business development and enterprise/mid-market sales across HCM, HR Tech and adjacent SaaS.

Oversee end-to-end implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality go-lives.
