Role Description The Senior Buyer (Retail Industry - 6 LPA) will be responsible for end-to-end buying activities, including vendor selection, product assortment planning, and price negotiations aligned with company margin and sales targets. This full time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and identifying new products and brands that fit the company’s positioning.



The Senior Buyer will manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and collaborate closely with merchandising, store operations, and finance teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize aged inventory. The role also includes conducting regular performance reviews of categories, preparing reports on pricing and profitability, and supporting promotional planning and seasonal buying strategies.
