Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping onboard new team members. The intern will help organize employee engagement initiatives, support communication of HR policies and procedures, and assist in perks-related queries. This role also involves preparing HR documentation, updating databases,



and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth HR processes. The intern will gain exposure to HR best practices and contribute to building a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and employee record handling.
Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and basic HR software.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate attention to detail, and work collaboratively on-site in Pune City.
