About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with prior agency experience to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our design, branding, marketing, social media, and digital agency.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
* Identify and connect with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and brand managers.
* Understand client requirements, budgets, timelines, and business objectives.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
* Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams on scope, costing, and timelines.
* Negotiate commercials and close projects, retainers, and long-term engagements.
* Maintain the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
* Build strong client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

* 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
* Prior experience in a creative, branding, advertising, digital marketing, or design agency is preferred.
* Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to independently handle leads from prospecting to closure.
* Good understanding of creative and digital agency services.
* Target-driven, proactive, and robust in relationship building.

Compensation & Work Structure

* Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA, based on experience and capability.
* Employment: Full-time
* Work Mode: Work from Office — No hybrid / remote
* Working Days: Monday–Saturday
* Weekly Off: Sunday + Second Saturday
* Location: Bangalore
