Role Description The Senior Engineer – Planning and Billing (Civil) will oversee project planning, scheduling, and quantity estimation for ongoing civil infrastructure works,



ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and technical specifications. This full-time, in office role is based in Bhadrak and involves preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQs), RA bills, and final bills, as well as validating contractor and vendor invoices against site measurements. The position includes coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and clients to track progress, update work schedules, and resolve technical and billing-related queries. The Senior Engineer will maintain detailed project documentation, monitor cost and resource utilization, and support compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also requires regular reporting on project status, risks, and variances to management, and contributing to process improvements in planning and billing practices.
