The Fast Trak Lead Scientist for Cytiva is responsible for This position is part of the Clinical Programs Organization/Fast Trak Process Development Services located in Bangalore and will be an On-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead and independently deliver upstream process development projects for various application areas (e.g. Monoclonal Antibodies (MAb's), vaccines, recombinant proteins, pDNA, mRNA) to meet required quality and timelines. Lead large/complex customer projects independently from end to end with full accountability, incl. proposal writing, project planning, definition of experimental strategy and execution, coordination of other team members participating in project when relevant.
